Reformys was born in Melbourne, Australia, out of pure frustration and a whole lot of love for the practice.
Here's how it started.
Our founder was on the hunt for a home reformer. Sounds simple, right? It was anything but.
First came the folding reformer. The promise: compact, convenient, easy to store. The reality? A wrestling match every single session trying to fold and unfold the reformer.
Heavy, awkward, and genuinely exhausting before the workout even began.
Then came the carriage problem. Reformer after reformer with beds so hard and uncomfortable that staying present in a session felt impossible.
And don't even get started on the specs. Trying to find clear, honest product information? Good luck. Vague listings, missing details, and zero transparency had become the norm in the Pilates reformer market.
That was the lightbulb moment.
